Re: Front tire bounces at lower speed

I have had 3 goldwings and some other bikes over the last two years..it has been my experience with everyone of them that at low speeds the front will wobble without hands on the wheel...I guess I just figured it was a low speed thing...

Re: Goldwing GL1800 Recall

I got one too for my 2001 gl1800...I took it and showed it to a dealer and they were ready whenever I get the bike there...I better do it before the snow is all gone...don't want it sitting in the shop for the good weather..

Re: Engine Side Cover for GL1800

Really... for what they cost I am thinking I need to just carry my cover and lock the whole thing down when I stop..I looked and looked on ebay and never saw one..so I was glad to get the one I did...I also found a set of grommets so when the season starts I will have them tethered better....get all...

Re: speedometer inacurate

It seems that in deed most of the GW's show you are going faster than you are...I just figured out where the actual speed was mostly run by the tachometer which is right on even though the speedometer says 4 miles faster...also if you ever have your needle stick...tap the cover and it lets loose.

Re: H7 light bulbs

I haven't had to do the high beams either...hopefully I won't! Now I just had to replace a fog light bulb...it wasn't so bad, but I thought I was just going to get to put in an H7. When I took it apart I found that it is a bulb with a wire attached and a little more complicated. It is an H3 bulb...w...

H7 light bulbs

Don't know if anyone else has had this happen..but I was in a rain and hail storm recently and the next day noticed I had no low beam lights. Checked fuses and they were fine. Stopped at a Honda service place and they suggested I may have had both bulbs burn out at the same time. They wanted 25 buck...
