I've only used them once, so far, but I had good luck at Babbitt's when I needed parts. Their pricing seems competitive, and shipping was quick.
Wish they went back further than 2005.
Just at Babbits and they went back to 1977 on Honda for parts, were you looking for something specific?

Also maybe those handle bars may not able to make a ground. Run a temporary wire from a known ground to the bars for verification.

Re: super light trailer

How about a small boat trailer, use a aluminum mc ramp for a platform and a couple of tie down hooks and you are on your way. The extra length should help on weight distribution on the vehicle and it will pull really nice.

As eye see it, yes the green/black does go to the temp unit and also there is a green that ties off and goes to the acc fuse. Now the other green/black you have unknown hanging down just might go the speed sensor on the front wheel.

Re: Thermostat Case O-Ring 91303-634-010

yes I see the problem. The o-ring fits in a counter sink around the tube. The old o-ring still might be in the groove. It will be smashed flat and hard as a rock, look up in there, might need a dental pick to get it out. be sure the mating surface is smooth and clean. OEM on the O-rings and thermost...

Randakks part # 100-1209 might be what you need 7.95. No I don't have a size, honda usually list them in there parts book. Must be special since there in gasoline and close enough doesn't work here.

Looks like a rebuild on your starter maybe at a local starter shop, or parts from Honda can be had. Now CMS has a new starter if you want to go that route. They seem kinda rare for some reason. orginal part no 31209425018, changed to 31200426018....now 650 is 31200426405 so as Dave0430 says looks li...
