Re: Please tell who or what made you buy a Goldwing

I bought mine a few years after seeing by chance, a goldwing light parade in Blackpool UK - that persuaded me to get a bike licence (dangerous things , bikes) and then via Shadow, and Deauville I started to look at Wings, Trouble was, I was scared to ride one. Anyway I sold my deuville 650 and bough...

Ctx1300

I was sorry to let Josephine go but having survived new cambelts I was showered with electrical issues including a fuse melted into place. So she has gone. I bought a weird replacement. Anyone seen a Ctx1300 they are rare beasts and don't seem to have sold but oddly, wingers wave at them! It's not a...

I remember a shell additive attacking some valve seats in GM engines in about oo 83/84. I'm told tha...

Re: Gerbing's Microwire T5 Heated Gloves

I was quite surprised that my GL1500 had cruise control and reverse but no heated grips. I used some battery heated gloves from Tandy for a while but worried that they weren't designed for protection. Then I left them in a cafe one day and they vanished!.... I'm thinking about them again now.I get w...
