Re: Relay wiring

With the way those spade terminals are jammed into that green plug, and left uninsulated, I'd say it was intended to vibrate out, cause a short, overheat, catch fire, and allow the owner to make an insurance claim. Get those out of there! At the very least, secure and insulate them! But the correct...

Re: Relay wiring

The white plug looks like cornering light connector. And the red plug, I think, is the connector for the headset plug. I can't say about the green connector unless it is for the CB radio. Looks like the wires that go to the Curb turning lights...

on some bikes, they are only ON when the turn signals are on, dumb idea.

nearly everyone modifies to that to Always ON
Hi. thanks is that the white plugs looks like they have never been used.

what are the green plugs for.

Re: Relay wiring

Found this relay wiring diagram for driving lights. Be easy enough to piggy back a voltmeter into the system as well with a second switch. My preference whenever possible is to control the ground circuit for the item. This ensures full 12 VDC power to the item and no power loss through switches rel...

I did use a ring connector direct from the battery post to my relay.Fused close to the battery.I also used a #12 wire.I didn't want to tax any circuit on the OEM wiring with a extra load.
Thanks. yes i thought of that just wondered if there was a wire i could connect to that wasnt a pemanent live

Air suspension when I pump up the rear suspension it fine holds pressure ok with no leaks. but when I decrease the pressure to the shocks. oil drips from the hose that push fits onto the relief valve. over flow hose!

Hi I had a similar problem with mine. on a 89 Trike I removed clutch slave cylinder and cleaned it up. fitted new seals I also placed a small washer between the lifter rod and slave cylinder piston works fine just a small clunk now and then.

would recommend flushing out the fluid first
