Re: Gl1100 starter aftermarket

As stevenrikki said ,I bought a ricks 4 brush starter motor for my gl1 100 a few years ago still works great ,only need to touch the button ...you may need a longer lead from the starter as the connection is at the back (towards front of bike)

Tyre pressure!

I seem to be loosing pressure in my front tyre, the valve is good ,the tyre only has 3000 miles on it ,no puntures/splits from 36 psi it goes down to 22/24 over a period of a week would it be the rim ...as I have no idea what else to look for .thanks

Re: Handlebar switch

Thanks for the reply .would the headlight switch just slot in because the wiring in the one without the switch would keep the lights on .i think as this is not my area of knowledge cheers tom

I'm getting conflicting sizes for this the mechanic says 25 × 8 × 7. . Cyclemax says 14×28×7. ( only in usa ) And a supplier here in the UK says 15×25×7. Does anyone know for certain .it's for a gl 1100 1982 .also recommendations for a uk supplier thank you. .
