Plus you should have one on each side of the front wheel and one for the rear wheel. You maybe running a rear wheel balancer on the front tire. on a trike not sure they do sell a...

Re: any disadvantage to disabling ADV

I just disabled mine 2010 with stock springs i was experiencing a hard ride when hitting bumps and turning when using the rear brakes. I like the ride better now so far not feeling any dipping and i do notice the braking is not as good in wet weather as i was. Getting up there in miles just over 50,...

Re: Brake Bleeding

I do agree the speed bleeders work the best, theres a company called Motion Pro they have a great line of brake bleeding tools. I tried using a hand pump vac just too many hassles with leaks also. Also Cruiseman Garage has a nice video out on motion pro bleeders.

Re: F6B or Convert a GL1800?

The conversion kit is pretty nice the last I checked the cost was about 700.00 but it looks nice I would make the conversion before buying a F6. Honda just misses the boat on of there new models. Why take away your cruise control and reverse when it already there. When I went to check out the F6 I w...

Re: New member question

Ultimate makes a seat for for six foot plus riders there a great company to do business with. They make a great seat and have loaner program were you can try the seat before you buy one. Heal to toe shifters on a wing can lead to tranny damage. It's very easy to miss shift and force the tranny in ge...

I don't like the way it reacts or sounds taking off in 2nd. I use 1st gear all the time and just get out of it quickly. From what I read 1st gear is just a taking off gear anyhow.

Same here the only problems I have had have been my fault lazy or improper shifting. I have read about many who have transmission problems and had to have them rebuild and some covered under warranties. I don't think Honda has a problem with them these are pretty dependable bikes. I would be careful of these type shifters if not installed and used properly can cause transmission damage. If you develop tranny problems and the dealer finds out they will cover the cost.

This is a common problem we all go threw. With mine when the front tire wears I get the same problem. I get it rebalance and the wobble goes away for a while. I have been using dyna beads they are the most effective and cheapest way to help with my wobble. The best way is a front fork rebuilt with t...
