Re: deer alerts

That's really good to know. I have one and need to mount it on my 1994 Goldwing SE. Where did you mount yours? Was it difficult?

Thanks

Nice bike you have and I love that sidecar. I've been looking for used sidecar for my bike but it's kind of hard to find one and the new ones are out of my price. Re: Changing Fluid on GL1500 Air Shock

I just want to be clear about this. I can use 10 weight hydrolic fluid on my rear right air shock and on the front forks? Now with that ATF you have a kinds of different kinds, with detergent in it too. Isn't brake fluid hydrolic fluid too?

I just want to know what to use. Thank you guys

I know what ya mean. It's amazing how critters get into things. I just hope they haven't gotten into my mufflers, I hear that's a big problem. Yours is pretty messed up tho!!! Lol I put some of that 1/4 inch hardware cloth on my intake.

Yes, mine have two metal stop arms that do the same thing. It's nice to have a lift ya know. Riding season is coming here, I have to hurry and button my bike up.

Safe riding my friend and look out for the other guy.

Re: Harbor Freight Lift/Jack and the GL1500

Wow, that's rally scary. I've had a goldwing 1500 on a J & S Jack for over 3 years doing different work including having both wheels off at once and having one wheel off at different times. My bike is not strapped on and I've moved that bike all over the garage and that jack doesn't even wobble. I w...

Just be careful and get to know the lift. I'm sure you'll be just fine. It's so nice to work with the bike up in the air. Let me know how ya do will ya Corkster?

Re: Harbor Freight Lift/Jack and the GL1500

No Corkster, I have a 1500 and you don't need an adapter for that. If you have an 1800 you need the adapter. I love that jack. It's so solid, I've never tied it down yet.

You'll love the jack Corkster.

Hi,
I'm curious about what camera goldwingers are using at this current date? Is a helmet mount good or one that's mounted to the bike. Any current information would be of great help. Thank you all.

Re: GoldwingHID HID headlight kit

Hi, Here is a copy of the email that I received from tech support. 11/07/2016 Frank, P115W-D pathBlazer is what I would recommend. Choose incandescent version for the stock bulbs now. Later when you eventually get the LED bulbs as replacement, we can walk you thru' on how to change the software opti...

Thank you for the information. I have a modulator that can be used on LED and the stock bulbs too. I have the bike apart and figure I may as well be able to see good while I ride.

Thanks

Re: GoldwingHID HID headlight kit

WingAdmin, Are you still using the headlight kit that you mention in this tread or have you changed to something else. I was thinking of ordering this kit for my 1994 Goldwing SE. I don't know if you switched to something else that might be better on the market. I do have a PathBlazer modulator to a...

I'm fine thank you, how are you? The pipe we use for water is typically copper.

You're a good guy getting back to me and being patient with me.
