Re: 1500 Dead on the Road

not sure if it would be the Alternator, First of all they will run down to about 7.5 V before the fuel pump quits and no sparky, also if it was alternator, would be able to charge up , start and run till it gets to 7.5 Volts again. ask me how i know this
seems suspicious

Re: O/D light,Switch Location

Problem is light comes on only 80% of the time, when it does not come on , can drive a few miles than it will come, Unless loose bulb or bad connection, looks like it would be a job to change, maybe there is a no O/D light in my future

Re: How to remove Kurykyn iso grips!

yup had a pair of them , look pretty but hurt my hand, thru them in the dumpster, anyways, use a soft rubber mallet and tap on the end to push on, might break the glue loose, or try getting an air hose with a blow gun end and get air under and try to get air under it

Re: Lucas oil stabilizer safe in Gl1500 engine oil?

Well, we don't use oil with friction modifiers because of the clutches, makes sense to me not to use the stuff, Because it probably has modifiers in it
