Dont drop the stator and rotor into liquid,,,,,,,,,,, they will NOT like that at all. i would not apply any grease or oil at the "brush slide area" ,,they are supposed to be as dry as possible ,when they are used they will produced a powder and if you have any grease then it will become like a "glue...

hi it was a spacer between the radiator lower adapter (were the hose is) and the water pump on the engine. because of the pulley on the engine you need too advance the radiator a bit in the lower end so you need an adapter . check MOROSO 63610 i will also change the fan on the radiator,i dont like h...

well i have finished fixing the alternator in place,not the cables yet but i decided too redone the cooling system:the fan circuit. i dont like at all the way the fan is fixed there,way too near the belt,the crank pulley,, i decided too take it of and fixed another fan ,smaller . i will let you know...

here you have a little idea of how the pulley is near the cover,,about 1/16 from it.
no dirt should enter the covers from her rear ,,,i hope.
