I was a Shoei devotee until I tried an Arai. I could wear my Shoei for a couple of hours at a time. I could wear my Arai all day long.

Every manufacturer has a different shell shape, thus they all fit different. I can't wear Nolan or Scorpion at all, but HJC fits perfect. My wife can only wear Zox. I guess what I'm saying is only you can answer that question by wearing it.

As far as I know, Arai is the only manufacturer that has specific helmet shapes for different shaped heads. They also have liner inserts that you can use to trim the helmet to fit perfectly.

What makes the shoei syncrtec different? What does it have to offer?
