Been out riding all week as it's been unseasonably warm here. Highs have ranged from the mid seventies to 86 on Thursday. It's dropped back down into the 60's today; but was still a good day to go for a cruise. But like all good things, it's over for a while, starting to rain and it's going to go back to seasonable temps ( upper 30's to mid 40's ) for the next 5-6 days. Going to have to pull the cold weather gear out again.

Chicago area has experienced .......what was it...somehting like 9 record breaking days in a row, but yesterday and today were back to reality. Today was cloudy, misty, and in the mid to upper 50's. Tomorrow is suposed to be dry again, but high of 61 is espected. Well, afterall it is only March and we still have a few more weeks before it starts to get better and the riding is enjoyable.

The weather has been really nice down this way over the last week or two. Yesterday got in about a 100 mile ride, highs in the upper 60's. Highs have been in the 80's, lows in the 60's. About 5:00pm a rain shower came thru and this morning the low was 44 degrees. Just never know what you're going to get in the good old south..

Haven't ridden as much as I would like, but had my daughter and her husband down from Cleveland last week. Took them to the Daytona 200. They had never been. It was a great race, and they really enjoyed bike week. Going up there in July to enjoy some of the good riding in Ohio. Can't wait.
