Motorcyclesuperstore

Has anyone here had any experience ordering from www.motorcyclesuperstore.com? Seems their prices are pretty decent and they offer free shipping for orders in excess of $89.

I've ordered quite a bit of gear (jackets, pants, boots, gloves, etc.) from them. They are universally very fast in terms of shipping, it's easy to return/exchange items, and they have excellent customer service. Also great prices. Never had anything but good experiences with them.

I have ordered jackets from them and they were very fast in shipping. I had 1 jacket that was too big and it was very simple process on doing the return. Also have very good prices on items.

I have ordered riding gear and misc accessories from them and they did not dissapoint me... I would order from them again for sure. I do get several annoying emails from them per week now but it's easy to just hit the delete button. 8-)

I ordered front and rear tires from them on Monday and they were on my doorstep on Wedenesday, I found them on the vendor tab here.

Glad To be part of this forum, a lot of good advice and information!

I first ordered my tires from Shade Tree, they said they would have them by the end of the week...I pre-paid for the tires and mount/balance ($28.50/ea), they said they would call me when they arrived. I called at the end of the week for 2 straight weeks and they kept telling me they haven't received them. On third week, they said they haven't arrived and that they would call me, I (calmly) said I was disappointed, the lady replied "it's my problem"...I bit my tongue, said goodbye....called Motorcycle Superstore, they said I would have them in 2 days so I placed the order....called Shade Tree and cancelled my order. (and I saved about $20)....Got them mounted/balanced for $20/ea at a bike shop thats even closer to home.

Bottom line....Shade Tree Sucks!! I am advising anyone I know to not do business with them, and I have several friends (including myself) that have and vowed "no more"!!!!

Thanks GoldwingDocs for providing this awesome site!!!!!!! 8-)
