Any Valkyrie Owners in the House??
Just wondering if any Valkyrie owners frequented this site. Got my eyes on an Interstate but doubt the wife will rubber stamp that.

Don't own one, but have been seriously considering getting one... I am just friggin tired of so much plastic. A friend of mine has a signature on the side of his 1500 that read "body by tupperware". I feel the same way. The Valkyrie has all the benefits of a 1500 wing without all the plastic.

The only glitch I heard of with them was a petcock problem, that coupled with no center stand caused a hydrolock. Otherwise everyone I know that has em loves em. They're around for reasonably short money. I've seen 9yr. old low miles for 6k and that was at a dealer!

You would think Honda would have that petcock problem figured out by now. I recall the 79 CBX had that and Honda replaced a lot of busted engines under warranty. In 1980 the petcock was vacuum operated.
If I could find a low miles Valkyrie Interstate for 6K I would be on it without even blinking.

If you wanted to buy it, hell, I would drive it up there for ya...
