Look what HALBUDD sent me!
The mailman brought me a little gift today. A box from HALBUDD, who I met up with at Wing Ding in Fort Wayne this year. I opened it up, and found a bunch of small flashlights inside, along with this:
That's so great, Hal! I'm absolutely floored, and thrilled! Thanks so much for this, I really appreciate it. It's the right colors and everything! It's going right here in my office where I can see it all day long.

Re: Look what HALBUDD sent me!
Yes, I got one just after I painted my bike white and WingAdmin. got his new bike [1500] I think he was trying to make me feel better or something, ha ha whata guy...thanks again Hal..
Very very nice of him, Todd has sent some really cool stuff too..I feel spoiled around here..When I opened mine Wingman, I had the same reaction....Felt like it was my birthday or something..
Wife caught me playing with it once out of the box..
I don't have a 1500, but after getting this toy I sure felt like I did..

Very nice Hal! Now Wingadmin can at least play while recuperating. Are there any 1100 Aspencades available?

Re: Look what HALBUDD sent me!
It's not correct. It's missing the CB antenna.
Is that a Maisto or a Welly die cast?

Re: Look what HALBUDD sent me!
Im sure WingAdmin could get a antenna for it,just hope he doesnt try changing the timing belts. And yes its a maisto die cast I have been watching for a red one to match my bike on e-bay. It also needs the chrome luggage rack put on it but I do have another white one still in the box. I do take it out and play with it(did I say that out loud) I mean look at it haha. Hope you will enjoy it WingAdmin as its just my way of thanking you for the work you do on this site. Hal

I think pictures of the fairing dismantled and working on LED lights, new LED read-outs, etc., etc., etc., better get some smaller "fingers" for those projects

All of a sudden, 20 people hit ebay and find their own bike...I could not believe all the colors, etc., and to thikn they did not have one that looks like my 88 (lucky me, how would I explain that purchase to my wife, lol)

Re: Look what HALBUDD sent me!
I tried that with GL1800 diecast model, and got three. Two in the UK and one in Australia. Guess I will keep trying till I find one closer. Good thing I have a plastic one that I stole from our GWRRA Chapter Director,HALBUDD wrote:I found it on e-bay just type in gl1500 die cast models .

He does not know who has it, and he ain't getting it back till I find a replacement, Hawwwww
The gifting could not have happened for a nicer guy WingAdmin, and Halbudd, it was a very nice gesture. There sure are a bunch of great people on this forum. WingAdmin, you should be proud of what you have wrought here.
