next year

Postby hockeystuff54 » Sat Aug 18, 2012 3:33 pm

having bought my 1980 goldwing late this year i have decided that i wont ride till next year as the season is winding down ,im happy with the bike and would love to ride this year but after reading lots of information on this great site i have decided to wait and spen the winter in the shop checking and repairing the small stuff on the bike, better to be safe than sorry ,hate the idea of winter but like the idea of getting lots done on this bike, cant ride it here unless you have skies on iit ,winter will pass fast as working on a bike is a great way to pass thoes cold days, between this and my 49 ford ill be busy all winter ,

Sorry to see you lose out on any riding time, but since you are planning ahead that is a good way to figure out how to spend the winter. I am not even thinking about winter yet, although I do have a few projects planned, including a trellis for my daughters wedding. So the Wing will have to be put to bed for the winter, but not yet.
