Didn't have to be, it's only got 986 miles on it. All they needed to do is keep it out of the weather.

Portland is very damp. Even if stored in a garage that chrome should and the paint should show signs of age at the very least. I'd bet that thing was stored in an air conditioned building but how? The last time I saw one like that one in that condition I wasn't but a few years past puberty. Wish I had the money, but at my age, I'd keep it in the bank.
