Well here in upstate the storm hit it's raining side ways. I would say winds kicked up to maybe 40- 50 mph gust just lost power twice. Looks like a long night. Glad I'm not on coast..take cover and take care everyone.. Sally

Here in michigan we are getting hit with some of the high winds and the precipitation has turned to snow with the cold front coming out of canada. Stay safe everyone.

Gee I wonder if we were included in that 3m total, we lost electricity since 4:30 pm yesterday. Kinda think they shoulda run the power grid underground.

So far lucked out here in Western Pennsylvania. We were under numerous warnings, but the power didn't even flink. It is still raining pretty well this morning, but the wind had died down somewhat so it appears that the worst has passed us by.

My heart does go out to those along the coast especially in NJ and NY.

Well, we are way out on the edge of it all up here, but my neighbor's portable garage is on top of my RV. Can't do a thing about it till the winds die down. No rain yet, but there is lots on the radar to the west of us, so it is only a matter of time. Big footprint on this mother. Glad I do not live in NJ or NY City. My best wishes to those who do.
