i bought a yellow 76 i think, it was um 20 years ago, didnt get much butt time on it for varoius reasons several my faullt but 1 mile from the dealer where i acquired it - that was the straightest my arms have <ever> been straightened on that onramp- till the ( original ) U -joint exploded - i called the dealer, he sent a truck- id owned it 10 minutes tops - he gave me a driveshaft but not the labor, i did the labor in his parking lot with his blessing lol - it was a very pretty original stripper with the liddle gas gauge on top of the tank
anyone ever exploded a ujoint to where you're coasting to a stop with the driveshaft banging around in the tube?
congrats on putting the olde girl back on the road ! !
