Can a CB hand held mic. be used on the Goldwing CB Radio plug in?

I don't see why not. You would need a noise cancelling mic and a place to put it in a hurry in case something happens while you have it in your hand. But it should work.

No. The Goldwing headset plug is a non-standard layout, and does not contain a PTT (push to talk) wire to trigger the transmit.

I have a Cobra H/H CB and it just plugs right into the CB setup on the Bike. Works off a regular CB ariel. Works just fine. The sound comes out through the CB itself. No way to get sound through the speakers or headset.
