Building a Champion Trike

Postby WingAdmin » Fri Nov 30, 2012 8:44 pm

I spent a few hours over at Cyclemax the other night, helping Gary put together a Champion GL1800 trike. Good fun! All I can say is, that trike kit is built to last - lots of heavy-duty parts and excellent engineering in it.

I thought people might like to see the finished version of this trike. I took this picture the other day. Gary was polishing it up today and making it look pretty, and I think he'll be putting it on his site for sale tomorrow. It's very nice!!!

That is some kinda ride there, and to have a chance to work or help out putting it together must have been a joy...I'd be very proud of it too...If I ever get a trike, I want one like that one... :D

I've tried riding another one that he has (same type of trike kit), and it's a blast.

If I were to ever get a trike kit, after seeing how this one is engineered and put together, I'd have no problem picking this one to build.
