Hmmm, I didn't know if anyone would notice that!

I actually created the account (and put a picture up for her) so that she could see the newsletter I write each month.

That said, I'll try to convince her to log in and say hello, now that you're all saying hello to her! :)

I'm so happy that Mr. Wingadmin has a place where he's able to use his (I think amazing) abilities to help others. I'm also glad that he's been able to make so many new friends and to hear so many interesting stories (that I sometimes hear about even if I'm not logged in myself.) ;)

Doing all this makes him very happy---which of course, makes me very happy. So I thank all of you for your visits here, your interest, your posts, and even your problems. Because this man loves to fix stuff!!!

He's fixed me in more ways than I can count. Although he says I'm the one thing he can't fix, and he sometimes becomes completely bewildered by me. What can I say? I don't come with a manual, and I have a tendency to act a bit illogically. I'm sure lucky to have him though! He keeps me grounded, and I keep him from being too serious. We're a perfect fit.

I absolutely did NOT make him sell the 1100!!! He was DYING to get that newer bike! If anything I said---and HOW much is it going to cost to "upgrade"? I'm the penny-pincher of this couple. The truth is that in the end, he got a deal so good that even I couldn't refuse it. But, I have to say that as much as I loved our old bike...this one is just beautiful. People come up and tell us that all the time too. It just is a very, very, nice looking bike. Plus, it rides SOOOO smoothly! I REALLY have trouble not sleeping on this one.

I would love to get together for a ride with whomever we can find nearby. Lets set something up! There are so many great rides that we've yet to do in Ohio. Anyone who wants to go on a ride that involves camping a night or two---that's the best kind in my book! Hopefully our bikes will be ready by the Spring. We have lots of adjustments we would like to make to them before then, and poor Scott only has 2 hands and only so much time. I'm not much of a mechanic's assistant---bad back and a bad case of severe boredom!

Alright, I'm having way too much fun with these smilie-faces! :D

Holly, a summer get together would be a great idea. But I have been married for 35 years so I know how Admin feels when it comes to fixing the better half, it never changes either. All I know is after being married that long is that I train well. She just lets me out to play on my trike once in awhile if im good. If there are plans for a summer get together I realise due to my location I will have at least a days ride to get there, but that is part of the joy of owning a cruzer like the Gold Wing. Maybe I can make it a double header and do a PGR mission at the same time if things work out right. Sorry about rambling on,just tossing ideas. Hopefully I will be able to meet some of these great people I have been in contact with over the last year.

Holly didn't make me sell the GL1100 - I just couldn't stand to see it sitting there in the garage, not being ridden, which is the worst thing you can do to these bikes. So I decided it should live with someone who would love and ride it.

As I remember it when you came to that decision that was the reason and it made sence. I had two Gold Wings at one time , a 1200 and a 1500 but of course that meens the 1200 sat more, and like you I figured it made sence to sell it to somebody that can use it more often.

Wouldn't the cure to the "two bike" syndrome is to get two 1500s?
