finely get to take a ride

Postby twostrokes48 » Mon Mar 04, 2013 5:30 pm

What a wonderful day today...summer, I mean really summer like weather. So I dug out the 98 wing and headed out. What a great feeling it was to get back out on the road. Only put about 100 miles on her but will get more in the future. Looking forward to hitting the road for some cross country stuff in the near future. Right now though, I'm a happy camper.

 with envy

I am very happy for you, but as above - with envy

Enjoy it while you can. I have it on good authority that it will cool down for a bit in two weeks.
It ain't about the destination - it's all about the journey

Kids' bus driver came by the house yesterday afternoon on his Victory, saying he had to get out and ride.....blue sky, low 50s....and since I had my bike out earlier, looks like spring is starting early this year??

Well, I sure hope you guys up north get an early thaw...and get some early riding in. My reasons were not weather but medical....so it was killing me to see all the beautiful weather and me not being able to get out and enjoy it on the bike. I'm sure there are advantages of living in the north but I just can't think of any....especially when it comes to MC riders.

Employment being tough all over, the fact that I have a decent paying job with some benies is the only reason I'm still here in Boston. If the job market was better, I'ld be gone in a heart beat!
