question about bilt helmet

what can anyone tell me about the BILT full face helmet, i know they are cheap in price. but as for a back up helmet,and my wife only ride now and then for right now, i hate to put out alot of cash for somthing that set in the closet. and while i am asking can anyone tell me about freeze out clothing, wife saw it in cyclegear. she does not do cold to well for about $45. for top and bottem dont sound to bad.

Helmets are like underpants/knickers, you get the ones that suit you and are comfortable. If you read through the following article, there are some good points raised regarding helmets.
