Thanks Beave, for putting those up for me.....I got those pics from the guy I bought it from, as I don't have possession yet. He wanted cash, I didn't keep that much in my pocket, so I gave him a good deposit and told him I would get to the bank Monday. But he sent me the pics in a zip file....I didn't have a zip file program to unzip them. I could view them but couldn't seperate them, so I sent the whole zip file to Littlebeaver. My good luck is still alive....I popped on to Craigs list about 15min after this was posted. $5,995.....I couldn't believe it with trailer and all. Only down side is the 108k miles..but the bike seems to have really been taken care of and guess I will find out if they really can go 200k plus before any major work may be needed. I could not have put a kit on my 89 1500 I bought specific for that purpose, much less match painted it and got a nice trailer for it...so it was a simple decision. And, the 89 had 80K so not that many more miles on this one. So I will soon be posting my '89 and my '98 (with the landing gear setup) up for sale here, there, and everywhere. Now all I gotta do is get my butt back to work on the 75 and get that rebuild finished. Then I have the 75 for solo, and the trike for the wife. Life is good sometimes.

Wow, definitely a nice deal, and nice color. I almost bought a 2-wheel version with that color but the side fairing was cracked, and it was a little worse for wear.

This bike you got LOOKS GOOD AUNT BEE!!!

Yes, I like the color too. I didn't know it was a stock color....Never have seen on that color before. Must not have sold that many. What is nice is that the towpac kit and the trailer are match painted too. Can't wait until tomorrow when I can pick it up.

Well, brought home the bike with trailer yesterday afternoon. The towpac steers a lot different than a full trike conversion kit....Seems the independent suspension causes the bike to lean with with the centrifugal force direction, rather than just a pull in that direction...I found I had to really lean into the turn as a counter weight to prevent this.....will take some getting used to just like I had to get used to riding my other trike. Other than that everything went fine....well almost...I didn't think about the trailer being a lot lighter than the one I have....Rough roads, railroad tracks on the way home seemed to keep the trailer airborn as much as on the ground. At least the first few miles. I cought it up in the air in the mirror and started really slowing down on the rough roads....Mental note to self... drive slow with empty trailer...Will be getting it registered and all that stuff tomorrow....

Interesting, I never thought of that (leaning). I wonder if a sway bar of some kind could be adapted to it?

And yes, always have some ballast in your trailer! :)

She will like it a lot more when I get the other two sold to pay for this one and the 75. She hasn't ridden on it yet...maybe this weekend if you are going to be around, we will take a ride over to ur place.

Great looking bike and trailer, have a trike the same color here in the RV park where we stay, first one that color that I have seen, love it. On the trailer bouncing in the air I have found over the years to not run more that 24-25 pounds of air pressure in the trailer tires, really helps with the bouncing. Good luck with your new bike.

Thanks much, Actually I know better with the trailer....to be honest, I forgot I had the trailer back there. I was too busy figuring out how to steer the thing the first couple miles and testing how it steered on curves at different speeds. The road I was on had a number of curves, just forgot about the two sets of railroad tracks I had to cross.
