Well the general idea is that she wouldn't be riding it because she'd be riding her new bike...but being that her new bike isn't quite...well, reassembled yet... :)

Makes perfect sense to me. These things take time. Like I keep telling my wife, Rome wasn't built in a day! She promptly tells me that's because she wasn't running that job.
