New to Goldwing-Need advice

Post by John S » Fri Jun 07, 2013 8:55 am

Hi All, I just bought a new to me 2007 Goldwing 1800. I'm finding I get a lot of heat from the side. Has anyone had good results from using lower wind deflectors to keep heated air away from the rider- it's hot enough where I live with out adding to it.

Thanks in advance, John

You are not showing in your profile where in Canada you are, so I am going to assume southern Ontario, as that is the hottest area of the country. Deflector wings will have an effect on how much of the heat you feel, but will not get rid of it totally. Baker wings seem to be more adjustable for this task. They are, however, more pricey than some of the cheaper ones are. They are, in my opinion, the best, tho.
