All I can say is well done. It really pisses me off at the number of drivers that don't look before pulling out. Glad to hear you weren't hurt and full marks for leaving a little reminder on his car door :D , would be great if the police also charged him, but I feel it was already an excellent outcome..

Yes, I understand that you purposely damaged his car. I was merely disagreeing with the staement that you were "driving defensively".
Defensive driving is trying to avoid contact, not do it on purpose.

In my younger days, might I add very long time ago, had a lady in a pink Cadillac with several kids in it turn in front of me into a business and then park in front of the doors so she did not have to walk far, I pulled up to her and she started hollering I did not see you, then ow did you know what I wanted, I kicked her door in and left did not hear another thing from her. I know that was wrong it young and dumb.

I never kicked a door in, but I have kicked mirrors off in those same situations, long long ago, in a land far far away.....

Just saw a story on the local news here where a 19 year old Soldier at Ft. Bragg died when a 17 year old driver turned left in front of him. Going to order my modulator today!!!
