Cloths for riding comfort?

Postby oldmopars » Fri Jul 19, 2013 9:33 pm

I am going on a ride tomorrow and I would like to pick the best cloths for the ride. It is warn here now (80's) and I wan't to stay cool and comfortable. I know LD Comfort has shorts just for riding, but I can't get them in time. Any suggestions for a 200+ mile ride, that I might have in my closet?

I find my mesh gear keeps me coolest - keeps the sun off you, but lets the air flow through.

Find some under wear that has no seams you would sit on, and use some kind of body powder. Gold bond works for me. Main thing is to stop a few times and drink lots of water.
Your ride should be over by now, let is know how it went.
