B2B communications

Postby RedBear » Fri Oct 04, 2013 6:05 pm

Is the CB the best B2B com system for Goldwing to non Goldwing bikes? The reason I ask is I have a friend with a Harley Heritage with no comm system. He is asking my advice. I am inclined to recommend: JMCB-2003K-SL Stereo Music/CB /Weather Radio Audio Sys Solo Operation # JMCB-2003K-SL. But I know there are now both Bluetooth and FM options. I plan to take a trip next year with a friend with a Yamaha Viking. He will have to get a comm system too. Any experience with Bluetooth or FM?

I'm thinking of replacing the radio in my 80 GL1100I. Looking forward to the replies to this.
Is there a link to the JMCB-2003K-SL Stereo Music/CB /Weather Radio Audio Sys Solo Operation # JMCB-2003K-SL.? I would like to look at it.

Look at https://www.jmcorp.com/ProductDetail.as ... B-2003K-SL

I put one of these on my wife's bike this summer, it's a fantastic unit. Clear audio, intercom, NOAA weather channels, strong powerful CB output, and an audio input that she plugs into her phone so she can listen to music or hear Google Maps give her directions.
