Nice bike, I spent the last 40 years in Wisconsin before moving here to AZ. You have a LOT of great roads to explore! Enjoy!!

Hello Dodge ball and welcome to the website from the U.P. of Michigan. You are a long way south of us but you have gotten yourself a beautiful ride that should give you many miles with many smiles. If you ever get to my area let me know and I will buy you a cup of coffee. Stop in often and drop a line, pictures are even better. Ride safe.

Welcome! Now that you have got your ride in, and you have nothing else to do except to keep out the cold  , you may as well go through a full maintenance program, so that when, or if, your weather warms up again, you will be able to enjoy your good looking GW. This will also teach you where everything is on your GW, and how to get to it if the roadside mechanic does not turn up. I wish you well, huddled over a heater while reading this  I think I will forget about a ride today, as tomorrow looks even better

One ride isn't enough to tell if you got a good bike. Being the nice guy I am I will pick up the bike bring it to my house and give it a good testing for you. I will do this at no charge to you.

I know what your going thru, I just picked up my 1998 GL1500 three weeks ago and have only put about 175 miles on it since then. (only has 20k miles on it). Now its put away until spring, which isn't going to come fast enough.
