Bag Lights for 1998 Wing

Postby nitefuzz » Mon Dec 02, 2013 1:05 pm

I ordered a set of side lights for the side boxes of my Wing,........... how hard are they to install. Just waiting for them to be shipped to me. They are for the GL 1500 so am hoping they are just plug and play or do I have to purchase a harness to run to them.

While not easy to install and hook up, they are not very difficult either.
They are not plug n play, as you need to splice them into your bike's running lights. They come with installation instructions. (at least the Show Chrome ones do)

IMHO, the Big Bike (Show Chrome) ones are the better quality of the two offered and are much easier to change the bulbs when they burn out. (the other being offered from Add-On)
