New Member Saying Hi

Post by Rusty Wing » Mon Dec 09, 2013 8:46 pm

Hello Everyone from Florida's Treasure Coast
I have been riding since the early 70's
Have owned several bikes, mostly Honda's
Right now I have three Honda's, well four if you count my CR-V.
93 Aspy, and a Voyager Kit. Voyager is parked right now, to be put back on before long.
95 Nighthawk 750
02 ST-1100, my main ride for now.
I ride the Wing & Nighthawk enough to keep them running right.
My Wife likes to ride but she is not tall enough to keep any of them up.
So the Voyager will be put onto the Wing, she should be able to handle it then.

Hello Rusty and welcome to the website from the U.P. of Michigan. I'm thinking you figure Hondas are pretty dependable or you wouldn't have so many. I too have a few Hondas, a 1990 Gold Wing 1500 Lehman trike conversion, and a Honda portable generator. But in the past I have owned several Honda bikes, starting way back when I was 17 and progressed bigger thru the years. They are not the only bikes I have owned, but I always came back them. Ride safe.

Welcome, from the Land Down Under - it is not true that we walk around upside down :D

Some of the welcoming comments are interesting, with someone referring to us as "inmates" when I thought we were 'outmates', but then I remembered that some of you are locked up for months on end, waiting for it to warm up

this is a great place full of good people and a few characters too. 8-)
.... and that is from one of the "characters" of this group. But whatever happens, watch out for LittleBeaver (now that will get LB thinking).

Enjoy your GW, and send photos to assist in any questions or answers that you have.

Welcome aboard Rustywing. Did you say the "Treasure Coast" ? Hmmm. I was born and raised in Southern Florida and I never found this Treasure. LOL. All I ever found was Humidity. Oh, and Mosquitos. I now live in California so I don't have those problems anymore.
