Congrats on the new Wing and welcome to the forum. The 87 was the last year 1200 and reportedly the best one.I had an 84 Int and an 85 Aspy and both were good bikes, but the seats were kind of crappy. The 87 seat was supposed to be better.
If I'da known it would last this long,I'da taken better care of it.

Congratulations on your new ride! Was the Magna a 500cc or one of the larger ones. We had a 500 back in the early 1990s and that was a great ride!

Enjoy your new Wing!

It's been a tough riding season so far here in Minnesota, hasn't it? Glad to see you own a Wing. Once you are used to it, you will really enjoy the ride. Check out the 'How To' forum. Virtually all the maintenance can be done in your garage. Enjoy!

Yayyyyy I rode it today! AWSOME ride. Way different than the Magna. The Magna was a 750. I'm going to see if I can get pics here of the Magna and the Wing.

I got my first Goldwing last spring, an 82 interstate, and my wife and I love it. The comfort level for my wife, who has some hip problems, is so much higher with this bike. I love the bike for the secure feeling of having something around me. Previously I had open bikes and never realized who much nicer it felt to have some body around me.
