If condition, price and mileage are all good, beav, I see no reason why not. Good luck.

The only common problem that comes to mind is the hesitation at take off but I think there is a fix. Virgilmobile has a post about what he did to remedy this.

That is nice for the price for sure. Look at it as not being meant to be, rather than - snooze you loose.

Ginger would be soooo jealous if I rolled that bike into the garage.... something bad would happen...
 speaking of ginger, I took her out for a ride and boy she felt awesome, I think I really like those spitfires that bridgestone makes, way way way better than the Dunlop 404's in my personal opinion....Or perhaps it's the dyna beads

I'm real sorry to hear that you missed that one little beaver. Maybe the next one will be even nicer and a better deal. We gotta believe that stuff happens for a reason, right? Go for a ride. It will make you feel better about life. HAG1

Well its too late, I just found it. I was out of town for a week or so and missed all this excitement.
Im sorry you didnt get that 1500 Beave, there will be another, better one on the horizon.
Speaking from personal experience the 1100 doesnt get jealous if you bring another bike home, the wife on the other hand, thats a different story.......
Now that you have been properly bitten by the idea of a newer bike to add to your stable you had better read up on any issues of the various years. Like watch out for the 4th gear shift fork problem that some of the pre-97 models had and how to tell if the one you are looking at next has this issue but the owner doesnt tell you about it.
Good luck in your search for the next one and even better luck running it past the Mrs. 8-)
Ride safe, Todd
Over night campers welcome
