It's official...I have gone to the Darkside

Postby seabeechief » Sun May 11, 2014 5:52 pm

OK, guys, it's official.....I have gone to the Darkside on my '08 GL1800. I had the Michelin Primacy mounted on the rear @ 36 psi and Bridgestone Battlax on the front @ 38 psi. I haven't ridden far on them yet, but so far I can't tell a lot of difference in handling. It seems just a little different, but not better or worse, just different. I'll know more in a couple of months and a few thousand miles. Thank you all for your insights, explanations and information. Ride Safe!

I'm the original cookie monster! This is the third or fourth reference I've seen about a cookie. What's the deal?

Hey Chief,,,,I hope you are also carrying a hot cup of mud with your permanently bent finger, just like every other CPO I ever worked for. Gotta' have something to wash down those cookies.

Yep, I got it! And it was worth it. I was PROUD to be a Chief. Still am, although I'm not the man I used to be. Life is good. Ride Safe!
