Subject matter says it all: I see this cats contributions all over the forum, He has just recently assisted me in tracking down an electrical issue on my 79 gl1000 with great success !!
His knowledge and expertise are amazing, he got me and the wing up and riding again when my frustration factor was just about topped out.
What a valuable member: many, many thank you's to virgilmobile.
very best regards,
stupidman

Virgil is a great "go to" person who gives his knowledge and experience freely. Not only that, but he goes the extra mile/kilometer to get the solution. Nothing seems too hard, and his patience in his answers is awesome.

Between him, WA, and the many other talents on this forum, I am thankful that I can learn and improve from such talented people.

Who says you cant teach old dogs new tricks?

If this were a real contest it would have to be limited to one year per member or Virgil would win every year.

I couldn't agree more. Keep up the great work!
I am wrong as often as I am right concerning what is wrong with someone else' motorcycle without having seen the machine in person. Guessing with limited information, as to the source of the trouble, is sketchy at best.
