Hello gang!

Dropped in to wish everyone a good Christmas season. My friend now owns my Goldwing and he's had to button it up for a few months as the snow has come to his part of Colorado. Being in N. Texas I can keep mine uncovered as we still get some riding weather occasionally.
I've made the change and I'm getting used to a different bike. The wife started riding. Took the state approved course and got her endorsement. We got her a Shadow 750. More modern bike, carburetor very similar to my 84 but it's got ECM and the familiar shaft drive. Getting quite familiar with my VTX. Something I hadn't thought of when I got it. It's another dead-end series. It's ok. I'm used to that with twenty years of four-cylinder Goldwings and decades on extinct English bikes. You guys take care and be safe. Watch for idiots!

Christmas season.....ugh. So not ready, though I already have one strand of lights in the house glowing ;)

Happy Holidays to you too. Yes, the shaft drives are pretty handy. Always liked the Shadows even when they made them shorter and wider. Enjoy the rest of your riding season, I am definitely envious of that.

And the Season's Greetings to you. I leave my bike uncovered as the weather here is so good, but then what can you expect living so far away from that cold, wet, salty stuff :D

The world is not going to finish today, as it is already tomorrow in Australia and New Zealand, and other islands of foreign nations such as Guam and Samoa.
