lotsa miles?

Postby hap2 » Tue Dec 09, 2014 9:20 pm

Is 110,000 miles (no kilometers, but miles) almost too many for a 92 1500?

Right off hand I'd say it is a little low. I had 161,000 on a '99 after owning it for about 8 years when I sold it and bought the '98 I now have. I have 145,000 on my '98 which only had about 2200 miles on it when I bought it in 2004.

ok..thanx...there's a 93 for sale with only 61,000 miles on it
& then this 94 with 110,000. I'm thinking the 93 is the better, but the 94 comes with attractive extras (air wings, trailer hitch, & helmuts with intercom). Asking price on the 94 is $500.00 < the 93 as well.

What to do What to do.

That's not a lot of miles for a wing IF it had regular service. I would go for the the one with lower miles on it and add what accessories you want. When you go to sell it it will have a lot less miles than the other one. Miles do scare some people.
I just bought a 97 SE with 30300 miles on it. Could have bought an 98 SE with 80,000 for $300 dollars more but figured when i was ready to sell it it would be over 100,000 miles and harder to sell.
