Pavlov's Dog

Post by tom84std » Tue Dec 16, 2014 9:37 am

But instead of meat powder, it's motorcycles.
Since my wife got her bike, things have changed. If I want to go somewhere....

Before she got her bike:
Me "Honey, let's go over to XXXXX."
Her "No, I don't like that place. It's boring."

After she got her bike:
Me "Honey, let's ride the bikes over to XXXXX."
Her "I'll get my coat!"

You could always say: "Let's try that ice cream place in Dallas/Houston/Brownsville!" and see if the calories worry her :D

The world is not going to finish today, as it is already tomorrow in Australia and New Zealand, and other islands of foreign nations such as Guam and Samoa.

A good ride to anywhere takes the "boring" out of the day. My wife never stops working long enough to go for a ride. I swear she works from sun up till after sun down, and she still takes care of me. I got a great one, 46 years ago. Known her since 1954... :D But she still lets me ride :)
Ride safe, and smart. Asphalt is like #1 grit sandpaper. Dave
