2015 beckons

Postby brettchallenger » Wed Dec 31, 2014 12:36 pm

A happy New Year to everyone.

Thought I would get that in early. Just another few freezing months to get through and we can all be back in the saddle. Except of course our friends in New Zealand and Australia, for whom this greeting a) comes too late, and b) will be pointing out with some satisfaction that it is high summer there, and they are enjoying being on two wheels to the full.

Let's all hope and pray that 2015 sees more peace than last year.

The game's afoot;
Follow your spirit: and upon this charge,
Cry — God for Harry! England and Saint George!

I will think of you as I take a ride to the ice cream shop. And welcome to 2015, all you latecomers :D

The world is not going to finish today, as it is already tomorrow in Australia and New Zealand, and other islands of foreign nations such as Guam and Samoa.

I hope to get a ride in today. Weather should be good in good old Alabama with the temps in the low 50's. At least it's not raining. Clouds coming in this afternoon, so I'd better get the ride in early.. Hopes everyone has a great upcoming year.. :D

Happy New Year to all. Here it is, 8:12 in the evening and it is 64 degrees outside. Hope to be able to get out there and ride soon. Want to get the timing belts done, if I can just get some more of the Honey do's done. Won't be long and we will all be out there again.

Ride safe, and smart. Asphalt is like #1 grit sandpaper. Dave
