If it was a 2003 it was an 1800. 1500s ended in 2000. Someone sure got a good deal. Btw, I like the full face better than the 3/4 . my chin would have been mostly gone if that was what I had been wearing, To each his own.
Ride safe, and smart. Asphalt is like #1 grit sandpaper. Dave

He needs a bike and helmet painted with electroflourescent or electroluminescent (something like that anyway) for full visibility to cagers.

I'm going to start wearing one of those safety vests like the guys working road construction wear. I've bought one with "retroreflective" stripes on it that almost blind you if you shine a flashlight on them in the dark... now, if I can just figure out the BEST set of running/Driving lights I can add to a 1200, I'll feel a little safer in the daytime...

and YES, the black jacket almost makes him disappear when viewed against a dark background.. definitely food for thought.
I am wrong as often as I am right concerning what is wrong with someone else' motorcycle without having seen the machine in person. Guessing with limited information, as to the source of the trouble, is sketchy at best.

I can just see you in a reflective PINK jacket!

The world is not going to finish today, as it is already tomorrow in Australia and New Zealand, and other islands of foreign nations such as Guam and Samoa.

The vest I bought is that hi-vis yellow. :-) They didn't have the PINK in my size.
