Left to go to work this morning - 7° bike covered in frost.road covered in black ice thought about it for about 1 second then got the bus :-)

Obviously you are careful about making "instant decisions", so you took 10 milliseconds longer to make sure :lol:

The past two mornings there has been ice on the windshield and I rode the bike.. black ice would be a show stopper LOL

I am wrong as often as I am right concerning what is wrong with someone else' motorcycle without having seen the machine in person. Guessing with limited information, as to the source of the trouble, is sketchy at best.
