Is this a motorcycle or a car? It looks like fun to drive (ride), but it sure sits low to the ground. Will cagers see this one?

It seems in all the states I have been in require you have a motorcycle license to drive it. So I guess they are considering it a motorcycle. I view it as more of a car. I hear they are a blast to drive. When it gets warm I am going to take one for a drive.

Already been unapproved for licensing in a couple states for not complying w/motorcyle specs and does not meet safety requirements as an automobile!
To me, anything w/a steering wheel is not a motorcycle!

I don't see anything motorcycle about it and as far as I can tell it would be a death trap on the highway. I have an offer to drive so I can turn that down but I am pretty sure I wouldn't own one

It's also powered by an EchoTech (gm twin cam) 4 banger but it does drive thru the rear wheel so It's not front wheel drive.

Wonder if the Morgan Areo has the same reglatory problems?
