Post by Brad's 2nd time » Mon Apr 06, 2015 2:54 pm

Well its been almost two months since we`ve insured the wing (feb 14th) and so far we`ve covered almost 3500 klks and scored a nice little wing for the wife. Is anyone else out there yet

We dont get the lousy weather that you Northerners have, (very little white stuff), so we can get out and about most days. I feel for you when your cave echoes to the sounds of Brmmm, brmmm, as you simulate the noises of your ride

I put about 24,000 miles in the saddle over the past 12 months. How many kilometers is that?
I am wrong as often as I am right concerning what is wrong with someone else' motorcycle without having seen the machine in person. Guessing with limited information, as to the source of the trouble, is sketchy at best.

The rains have hit here....and it is still 30 degrees F in the a.m., with either rain or 30 mile of that think sticky "tooley" fog....hate this time of year almost as much as normal winter.

Divide by 5, multiply by 8 (the other way round for kliks to miles)

Therefore 24000miles = 38400kms - not exact but near enough

I just used the units converter on my cell phone and it says 24,000 miles is equal to 38,624.256 kilometers. You could've fooled me. Either way, I had lots of fun.
