Luckiest and stupidest Go Fast Driver in the world

Postby CMReynolds1 » Thu May 14, 2015 5:02 pm

Click on this link to see one lucky S.O.B. He will enter from the right. The car on the right does use its turn signal to advise he is changing lanes. But how many 'go fast drivers' notice? Usually moving too fast to do anything but die!

He should buy a bunch of Lotto tickets.

I don't know, I think that he may have used every bit of luck he had in that one.

When I travel, car or bike i run my Cobra cam, It was 70 bucks and the picture is so high grade you can read license plate numbers. With the card I have it loops like every 12 hours. It's amazing the stuff you capture that happen almost every ride or drive.

Can you give me the model # or other info. I am interested in that. I had one but it would loop in 30 minutes which didn't work well for me.

Thanks.

Cobra 820. Iit takes a micro card, I have a 32 gig card. Got a deal at QVC. They might be more in general purchase but i'm sure you can get them online. It's only about an 1 1/2" x 1 1/2". Look up the Cobra 820 on Cobras sight and download the PDF manual. It takes a little screwing with to figure out how you can do so many functions on so few buttons......but you can. You also have to download a media player called VLC to view the pics. You can set the incements on the camera to break it down. I have mine set to 10 minutes... so it comes up movie 1, movie 2, etc.
It won't play on windows media player but VLC is good. supposedly you could look at the pics on the camera but I never figured it out. You can set the quality, I have it on HD and it lives up to that..
I also bought a RAM camera knob to use on my RAM mount. U have to scroll thru the modes and find the item that says 'flip' the picture, cause on the bike the camera is technically upside down. I called the tech right after I bought it (BTW they got very fast tech service and they all speak english) and asked if I can flip the camera and he said no. After messing with it, I found a icon that said flip. I guess nobody ever asked him. But my last trip in my truck at dark early sunrise in a major fog, it would still catch a license plate on a car passing me on the freeway, thats how clear it is.....AND it is very panoraramic.....Google 'Cobra Cam 820HD' mines a model CDR82
I can't figure out why the cops have to pay thousands for a camera and the pic is blurry......BTW.....It WILL NOT WORK unless it's plugged in to a 12v system. It will record a minute or 2 if you flip over and power is cut........I guess that gives you time to cuss somebody out or say I love you before you kick the bucket.... If you get one Just PM me if you have problems so I can confuse you even more than you were......

He did that like he's been practicing that stunt for years, I do think he has used up all his luck.

Like the others have said, he couldn't have anymore luck left in his lifetime. Which may be short seeing the way he rides!

FWIW: Amazon has the Cobra CDR 820 on sale for $73. http://www.amazon.com/Cobra-Electronics ... B00K7ZN0LO
Only 14 left at that price though. They also list some used/refurbished ones for less.

Last frame just before contact the bikes dipping under full brakes, no brake lights.
Car roofs are not inherently grippy. Car is coming to a rather fast stop yet the kids body isn't leaning rearward.

If I were to guess fake or real, I'd say fake.
If it's real, how many lives does that cat got left?

You raise good points. I could say if fake or not. But good 'food' for thought!
