BACK ON THE GOLDWING

Postby brentsboats » Sun May 24, 2015 10:29 am

Well kids as some of you may know ,i had just bought a very nice 2002 Vulcan Nomad and i love the way i sit and i love the looks and ride of this bike . Just for the heck of it i posted this bike on craigs list to see if anyone was looking to buy one.As it turned out my phone was ringing off the hook and within hours of the posting i had a guy at my door with a bunch of cash in his hand . Now! iam not the kind of guy that can refuse a decent profit ,Are you ? So the bike is sold and its back on the Goldwing i go . Ya know i kind of missed the sound of the Old Gal Goldwing ,And thats because there aint one .AHH! Piece and quiet at last . Plus i can hear myself sing on the tape deck ,Boy i sound great . Iam now on the hunt for a gl1500 Wing .Stay tuned .

Awesome! I can't carry a note, not even in a bucket with 4 handles and a forklift. I hope you know I was just kidding you too!

We might now be able to hear your melodies, now that you are back on your GW. I love the quietness of the GW. :^

What in the world,, why did you sell? The Nomad is what you wanted wasn't it? Perhaps it wasn't, I remember how comfortable the thing was,, I hated the gas mileage it got... The truth is you were after a 1500 goldwing the whole time, weren't you? ....

You have just got over the noise of the Nomad, and were relishing the thought of a quiet ride on GW, and now you want another Nomad. Has the noise or the cold befuddled your brain :?:

Yeah !! the noise might have stomped on a few brain cells and lets not forget the vibration thats eveywhere at 40mph . I had a female friend of mine on the back and she said it best ,Its like riding a giant vibrator. And by the way ,she loved it . :D
