Bluetoothed Up

Postby OmegaTech » Mon Jul 27, 2015 6:11 am

Hi Guys and Gals

My 97 - 1500 is now close to being totally blue toothed up.

After trying the "Radio mod" with little success, decided on a Bluetooth enabled RF modulator (Amazon sell these). This will connect via my Bluetooth SAT NAV, Sena S20 headset and even my Phone. Much cleaner install and keeps the radio/cassette free from harm.

Regards

Ian

Cool. Did you use a modulator like this or one like this that's actually a transmitter?
I've already done the hard wired aux input and was thinking about using a dongle with a 3.5mm in and out so I could still use my old ipod along with my phone.

I bought this one http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B007 ... ingdocs-20

It also has an audio out connection but not sure on this until it arrives later this week.

Ian.
