Need a mechanic in Connecticut

Post by Randy69 » Tue Aug 18, 2015 4:48 pm

This is my first post on the site.

I live in Connecticut and I'm looking for a mechanic for my 1998 GL1500SE in CT, NY, MA, VT or NH.

Any recommendations?

There are mechanics, and mechanics. Like doctors, some specialise. If you go to the "Vendors" at the line underneath the heading, and fill in the details, you will see that there are some vendors there in your area.

What seems to be your problem?

I had a left fork failure two years ago in Worchester, MA. The seals just sort of gave up.

Anyway I took my Wing to Central Mass Powersports in Lunenburg, MA and they fixed things very quickly that morning. We were treated well while we waited in the showroom.

In checking their website just now to make sure on the location, I see that they are advertising for new techs. Not sure what that means.

I thought Libby's near you is a Honda dealer or do they think the bike is too old? I just had minor work done on my 97 1500SE trike at Redline in Winsted and the owner mentioned he was a Honda tech. My seals are gone also and was talking to him about it.
