Cruiser Costomizing issues.

Postby c5cruiser » Sat Sep 26, 2015 7:54 pm

So I ordered some chrome for my Wing from Cruiser Customizing and finally received them on a Thursday. A front fender tip, a front fender rear splash guard, trunk and saddle bag lights and trim, etc.
Long story short, the front fender tip wasn't there. I called on a Friday and got this guy who didn't seem to believe me and said that once they did inventory they send it out. Well the weekend gave me a chance to smolder. So I called again on Monday. The woman I spoke with was so friendly, she said that she was sorry for the mixup and would send a replacement out right away. Needless to say I received it that same Friday.
Except for the first person I spoke with service there was great!
I just wanted to put that out there.
This is now a place to share your experience with ordering online.

Oh BTW, it's been 102 for the past couple of days and I haven't been able to go out and finish the chrome project but I will and will post some pics as soon as I finish and wash it for your viewing pleasure.

I've never dealt with Cruiser Customizing, but usually go through either Wingstuff or Cyclemax.
Both have been great on all counts.
Try googling Cruiser Customizing and see if you see any bad reports.
It's never too late to have a happy childhood!
