Thank you all. Guess I should qualify my opening remarks. I'm new to the site, and new to the Goldwing, but a long time rider. Finally hit the point where I'm on a bike any time I leave the house unless the roads are frozen, so I went big guns for all the creature comforts. I have heated everything and Nav. Soooooo glad I bought this bike. I almost settled on a Harley Ultra, but hadn't been around a wing in many years. A dealer had three on the floor, so I took one for a spin. About 7 miles into the test drive had me sold. It's heavy, but handles like a dream. I have road pegs and a nice backrest so I can kick back and let the bike do the work (MUCH different from the VTX I have in the garage). I can now ride all day and not feel like I need to stop to give my limbs and butt a rest every hour. :)

I have been away for the last two weeks, and not able to contribute much, so, a belated welcome to the Forum, from the Deep, Deep South. Enjoy your time, and make some more friends.
